Fire Rated Tyvek® & AirGuard® Tapes
Fire rated Tyvek® and AirGuard® sealing tapes and accessories are specifically designed to complement Tyvek® breather membranes and AirGuard® air and vapour control membranes. They help to seal the building envelope, offering optimal airtightness, energy efficiency, long-term performance and durability.
AirGuard®: Fire Rated Vapour Control Layer Solution
Risk averse building designs use AirGuard® A2 FR air and vapour control layer which contributes to higher fire safety. Being a condensation control measure it reduces the infiltration of moisture into the wall build-up. Reflective finish contributes to heat control on the inside, keeping the building cool in summer, and warm in winter to maintain better energy efficiency.
