Luxembourg, March 2021 – DuPont unites safety industry professionals with leading experts across the PPE spectrum in its innovative digital event, Teaming up for Safety^SM, taking place on 18-19 May 2021. The interactive event includes a variety of sessions such as panel discussions, demonstrations, Q&As and case study presentations, giving attendees a chance to exchange ideas, network with peers and learn more about the current safety trends to ensure ongoing development.

“Last year, we hosted a series of webinars to help safety professionals keep up to date with the latest PPE developments during the pandemic and the feedback we received highlighted the crucial role digital events play in sharing knowledge when most live direct interactions are cancelled,” said Andrzej Palka, EMEA Marketing Manager for DuPont Personal Protection. “Teaming up for Safety^SM gives the safety community a chance to come together to pool knowledge. The conference will have two live streams running simultaneously on both days. Each day will consist of a keynote speech and around five hours of 20-30-minute sessions covering topics around PPE, regulation, and the latest industry trends.

The speaker list features experts from organisations across the global health and safety spectrum, World Health Organization (WHO), European Safety Federation (ESF), British Safety Industry Federation (BSIF) and South African Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (SAIOSH). The agenda will also include speakers from the frontline of the emergency response sector, including the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF). Companies from different sectors, including the automotive manufacturer Renault, healthcare solution provider Novartis, chemical producer BASF and hazardous waste management expert Veolia, will also share peer-to-peer insight into how they have resolved their safety challenges.

Additionally, various deep-dive sessions, panel discussions and demos from our Technical experts will offer sector-specific insight on current challenges and best practice in industries including healthcare, chemical processing, and oil & gas.

All sessions are in English, but simultaneous interpretation is provided into French, German and Italian.
