Tyvek® Recycling Program in Turkey

DuPont™ Tyvek® products extend our commitment to sustainability through their unique properties and performance characteristics – light weight, water resistant and durable. Made with 100% HDPE, Tyvek® is readily recyclable for its second life.

As part of DuPont™ Tyvek® sustainability efforts, we have enabled Tyvek® recycle program in Germany through leveraging external partner’s (Huzur Plastik) capacity with details as follows:

• Used Tyvek® accepted for recycling 
  • Non-printed Tyvek®
    
  • Printed Tyvek®
    
  • Tyvek® with infectious substances, biological products, cultures, patient specimens and regulated medical waste will not be accepted.

• Contact Huzur Plastik using the following information to start recycling your Tyvek® through our program. Please email: asamet@huzurplastik.com, or go to http://www.huzurplastik.com and "contact" to enter your information regarding Tyvek® recycling.

• Identify the Tyvek® scrap by color, volume per month, packaging (rolls,bales/boxes), any laminationsn or adhesives. Some laminations and adhesives may not be accepted. Material should be stored inside and remain dry.
  
  
• Once material is confirmed to be recyclable, a sample will need to be sent to Huzur Plastik for evaluation. Send sample to:

• Minimum required quantity for recycling: Huzur Plastik will determine with supplier the best shipping method as well as minimum quantity accepted.
