Dow Corning® ST-Elastomer 10 is a mixture of a high molecular weight silicone elastomer in cyclomethicone. As an excipient for skin contact applications, it acts as thickening agent for water-in-silicone formulations and silicone fluid and provides novel film forming characteristics ensuring pleasant, silky-smooth and a non-tacky feel.
