DuPont™ Styrofoam® contains, on average, up to 20% pre-consumer recycled product. Across our Styrofoam® manufacturing facilities, trim and transition scrap waste generated from creating insulation boards is 100% recycled. Dedicated equipment collects the waste and converts it back to polystyrene pellets. In Japan, the sites also collect and recycle board scrap from our customers.

Similarly, empty Great Stuff™ cans are recyclable with household items in both US and Canada. Many Great Stuff™ cans are made from steel, which is the most recycled material on the planet and can be recycled continuously with no degradation to performance[1].
