Tyvek® Industry Coveralls

DuPont™ Tyvek® Industry coveralls – Two-way Protection for Demanding Applications

DuPont™ Tyvek® Industry coveralls help protect both wearers from hazards and processes and products from human contamination, all without compromising on comfort.

These garments are ideal for workers in sensitive industrial environments that require high standards for particle and microbiological contamination control.

Safety and comfort benefits include:

•    Chemical protective clothing – category III, type 5 and 6
•    Particle inward leakage of 3% according to Type 5*
•    Class 1 radioactive particulate protection according to EN 1073-2
•    Fabric permeation protection against some water-based inorganic low concentration chemicals
•    Electrostatic properties according to EN 1149-5 (both sides)**
•    Robust; highly resistant to abrasion and tear
•    Inherent barrier protection and protection in use
•    Good breathability thanks to both air and moisture vapour permeability
•    Tough yet extremely light, soft and comfortable
•    Extremely low-linting and silicon-free fabric properties
•    10 year shelf life (with the exception of electrostatic performance)

Excellent fit for enhanced protection:

•    Internally stitched seams reduce the risk of contamination by the garment, reducing particle penetration from inside the garment to the outside
•    Tyvek® auto-lock zipper and zip flap for increased tightness
•    The elasticated waist is not glued-in.
•    Elasticated cuffs and ankles for an ideal fit (latex-free)

Applications: help protect people and processes in the food, optical and electronics industries as well as during general manufacturing and when performing dirty jobs.

Available in white. Sizes: S to XXXL

* with additional taping at the ankles, cuffs and mask of a separate hood
** The antistatic treatment of suits is only effective in humidity of more than 25% and when the wearer and suit are correctly grounded. The antistatic properties may reduce over time. The user must ensure that the dissipative performance is sufficient for the application. Stay away from heat, flame and sparks. Refer to the product instructions for use.
