To file a complaint under warranty please complete the form below. Upon receipt, our Warranty team will evaluate your complaint and will come back to you with a practical and satisfactory solution. For more details about our warranty please contact our BI Warranty Team at: bi-warranty@dupont.com.
In case of a transport issue please keep a scan of your copy of the CMR ready for submitting. For both service and product complaints, to be able to assess your complaint adequately, we request a proof of defect by means of digital pictures.
For Private Owners
To file a complaint under warranty please complete the form below. In order to apply for an intervention under warranty please keep a scan of the original purchase invoice and digital pictures ready for submitting.
Upon receipt, our Warranty team will evaluate your complaint and will come back to you with a practical and satisfactory solution. Please note that for Corian® the warranty cannot be activated without an invoice. Repairs or replacements under this warranty must be executed by one of our Corian® Service Centres or Corian® Quality Network members.
